These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vayotrip website located at vayotrip.com (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Service
Vayotrip is a free flight and hotel fare comparison service. We aggregate and display fare information sourced from our affiliate partners (currently Kiwi.com and Yesim). We are not a travel agent, airline, hotel operator, or booking platform. We do not sell, issue, or fulfil flight tickets, hotel reservations, or any other travel products.
When you click a result on Vayotrip and proceed to book, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant third-party booking partner — not with Vayotrip. Vayotrip has no liability for bookings, cancellations, refunds, or disputes arising from transactions completed on partner sites.
2. Affiliate links and commissions
This Site contains affiliate links. When you click certain links and subsequently make a qualifying purchase on a partner's site, Vayotrip may receive a referral commission. This does not increase the price you pay. Full disclosure is provided on each page containing affiliate links, in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable consumer protection law.
3. Price accuracy
Fares displayed on Vayotrip are sourced from our affiliate partners and are indicative only. Prices can change rapidly due to seat availability, demand, and currency fluctuation. Vayotrip makes no warranty that any displayed price will be available when you attempt to book. The price confirmed at the partner's checkout is the binding price.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial fare comparison purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written permission;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or disruptive code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Vayotrip or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including Kiwi.com). These sites have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. Vayotrip has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party site.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vayotrip does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vayotrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party service accessed through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid Vayotrip (which in most cases is zero, as the Site is free).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
